Most Khadi Naturals products used outdated, generic packaging that didn’t communicate trust, especially important in a category where Ayurvedic claims are often questioned. The visuals felt cheap and failed to reflect the brand’s heritage or value.
For Koru to stand out, it needed a fresh visual system that could reach a wider audience while staying rooted in Darjeeling, using storytelling and regional ties to place the brand in the market

The entire product line features a no glue, self locking packaging mechanism. This allows the packaging to lay flat when opened and acts as a canvas for the storytelling on the internals of the packaging.
